Master of Science in Food Science & Technology (MSc in FST) is a unique program that gives comprehensive curriculum that equip graduates in the food industry aiming to develop professional expertise and research skills in the field.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agri Business Management, and Food Science & Technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biosystems Technology, and Applied Sciences
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field not directly related to the above but minimum one year experience in the field of Food Science as managerial or executive grade in a reputed company
  • National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF) Level 7 with required professional experience in Food Science

    MSc in FST: 02 Year (Coursework + Research)
    MFST: 01 Year (Coursework only)

  • Course structure :
    One year MFST programme consists of course works of 30 credits with independent study (5 credits) which can be completed within a minimum period of one academic year (two semesters).

    Two year Master of Science in FST programme consists of course works of 30 credits with one year research (30 credits) which can be completed within a minimum period of two academic year (four semesters).
