You can apply for both programmes online. Apply here for Master's programmes, and apply through the Online Portal for PhD programmes by creating your academic profile. Alternatively, you can download the prescribed application form for PhD, and follow the Instrustions for registration. Duly completed applications, along with the application fee slip or proof of payment, should be submitted to the FGS office.

Details regarding postgraduate degrees (MSc, MA, MBA, MPhil, PhD) and their curricula are listed under the PG Programmes menu on the website.

Payments can be made via the Online Payment Platform or by generate payment slips for Bank payments.

Fee refund policies depend on university guidelines and by-laws. Generally, initial registration fees and deposit components are non-refundable once the course commences.

Fill out the Application for Submission of Medical Certificates for Examinations (downloadable from the FGS website) and submit it alongside a valid medical certificate issued/certified by a government medical officer or university medical center within the stipulated deadline (usually within 14 days of the exam).

Submit the Application for Degree Certificate along with student record verification and clearance forms to the Examinations Branch.
